Junior Investment Analyst
We are looking for a Junior Investment Analyst to join our team, someone with a genuine passion for markets, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in the dynamics that drive US equities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigour, broad thinking, and an appreciation for both quantitative methods and the human factors that influence market behaviour. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly within a small, collegial investment team, while developing the expertise needed to play a meaningful role in a growing firm.

Led by Founder and Fund Manager Richard de Lisle, who has over 40 years’ experience in US equities, the firm combines deep market insight with a long-term, value-focused investment philosophy. Our investment team operates remotely, collaborating closely through regular virtual meetings and monthly Investment Committee discussions in London.
